O estudo by Bahjat El-Darwiche,Milind Singh,e Sandeep Ganediwalla Digitilization and Prosperity, já traz na capa a visão defendida: “O crescimento econômico das nações etá conectado a um fator: a adoção da tecnologia de informação e comunicação” (The economic growth of nations is linked to one factor: adoption of information and communications technology). (L. Dowbor)
